Pools Covered LLC d/b/a Alpine Pool Covers provides automatic pool cover repair, maintenance, and installation services. SMS messaging is used to communicate with both existing customers and new contacts who have submitted a service request or contact form on our website at poolscovered.com.
Non-marketing messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, service visit notifications, technician dispatch updates, and job completion follow-ups.
Marketing messages may include seasonal maintenance alerts and holiday promotional offers.
All recipients opt in by submitting a contact or service request form on our website — which includes an unchecked SMS consent checkbox — or by booking an appointment using the calendar on our home page when clicking "Book a Service Call." Consent is never required to submit a form or purchase services.
